Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your JaldiKart (shopper) or JaldiKart Store account at any time.
From the app
- Open the JaldiKart or JaldiKart Store app and sign in.
- Go to Profile (or Account).
- Tap Delete account and confirm, or contact us from there.
Any active order must be completed or cancelled first. Store owners must settle pending payouts and refunds.
By email
Email jay886631@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
Include your registered mobile number and say whether it is a shopper or store account. We may contact you to verify your identity, and will complete the request within 7 working days.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email and profile details
- Your saved delivery addresses
- Your push notification token. You will be signed out on all devices.
What we may keep
- Order, payment, invoice and tax records, for as long as Indian tax, accounting and other laws require, and for resolving disputes or preventing fraud.
- For stores, settlement and payout records for the period the law requires.
