01Our role
JaldiKart is a technology platform that lets you buy products from independent local stores near you. Each order is sold, packed and delivered by the store itself (its owner or staff). JaldiKart does not own the products and does not use separate delivery partners. The store is the seller of the products in your order.
02Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You must register with a valid mobile number and give accurate information, including delivery addresses.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your device and one-time passwords secure.
03Orders
- Each order is placed with one store. Product availability, prices and store hours are set by the store.
- The final amount is confirmed at checkout and includes product prices, any delivery fee, applicable taxes and discounts.
- The store may accept or reject an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the store is closed.
- To complete delivery, share the delivery OTP shown in your app with the person delivering. Do not share it before you receive your order.
04Prices and payments
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are set by each store. MRPs shown are as provided by the store or manufacturer.
- You can pay online through our payment partner, Razorpay, or by any other method shown at checkout.
- Coupons and offers are subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.
05Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
06Your responsibilities
- Provide a correct delivery address and be available to receive your order.
- Check your order at delivery and report missing, damaged or wrong items promptly.
- Treat store owners and staff with respect.
- Do not misuse coupons, place fake orders, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
07Age-restricted and regulated products
Some products may be restricted by law. Stores may refuse to sell or deliver such products, and you may be asked to prove your age at delivery.
08Ratings and reviews
You can rate and review stores after an order. Reviews must be honest and must not contain abusive, misleading or unlawful content. We may remove reviews that break these rules.
09Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, put others at risk, or where required by law.
10Intellectual property
The JaldiKart name, logo, apps and content belong to Jayone Technologies. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, modify or distribute our apps or content without our written permission.
11Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". Stores are responsible for the quality, safety, legality and description of the products they sell.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jayone Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve any dispute. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of India have jurisdiction. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 are not affected.
13Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for important changes, notify you in the app.
